Here we are with our first recipe ready for you to try this weekend. These delicious chocolate brownies are moist and soft with a crunchy top, and delicious. This makes around 16–18 brownies. It will seem strange to put mayonnaise into a sweet recipe, but I have heard of this before, and it does work.
